Icade Announces Document Availability for Upcoming General Meeting
Icade has announced the availability of documents for its combined general meeting scheduled for June 10, 2026, at the Cœur Défense building in Paris La Défense. Shareholders have the option to attend the meeting physically or vote in advance through the Votaccess platform, via postal voting, or by proxy. The platform will be accessible from May 20 to June 9, 2026. Details about the event have been published in the French Journal of Mandatory Legal Notices on May 4, 2026, and are available on Icade's website.
The meeting agenda includes resolutions approved by the Board of Directors for shareholder voting. Documents compliant with French Commercial Code requirements are also downloadable from the company’s site. The meeting proceedings will be live-streamed online. Icade has also confirmed a financial calendar with a gross distribution per share set for late June 2026 and key financial updates slated for July and October 2026.
