IBC Advanced Alloys Appoints New CFO Amid Corporate Restructuring

IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. has appointed Terena White as its new Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective January 1, 2025. Previously the Corporate Controller since September 2019, White succeeds Toni Wendel, who retires this year but will continue in a consulting role during the transition.

Prior to joining IBC, White was a Purchasing Controller at Faurecia USA and has held various financial roles, including Accounting Manager at PMG. Concurrently, the company announced that Ben Rampulla, President of the Engineered Materials division, is stepping down as Chief Technology Officer. Rampulla will also provide consulting services during the transition period.

CEO Mark A. Smith expressed gratitude for their services and congratulated White on her promotion, emphasizing the individuals' contributions to IBC's status in the commercial and defense sectors.
