Utilizing advanced technologies such as Mixture of Models (MoM) and multi-agent collaboration, the system aims to support a transition towards L4 high stability by enabling quick risk prevention and service restoration within minutes. This solution is crucial as networks are fundamental to modern digital life and any disruption can affect millions.

The rapid evolution of 5G and cloud services has intensified pressures on network operators to maintain high reliability. According to GlobalData, 42% of operators have faced network interruptions recently, urging the need for improved standards and evaluations as laid out by TM Forum. Huawei's new system addresses these challenges by facilitating a strategic shift from a network-centric to a user-centric model.
