HUAWEI WATCH D3 Highlights at ISH-ECS 2026
At the ISH-ECS 2026 in Dubai, Huawei introduced the HUAWEI WATCH D3, a device enhancing blood pressure monitoring. The conference, focusing on hypertension, saw participation from global experts discussing developments in hypertension management.
The WATCH D3, part of Huawei's health-oriented wearables, offers medical-grade blood pressure capabilities. It showcases innovations like airbag-based oscillometric measurement, recognized in international hypertension guidelines for self-monitoring.
Huawei established the Wearable Blood Pressure Technology Innovation Fund with ISH to foster research in wearable blood pressure solutions. Projects from universities worldwide received funding, furthering wearable technology's role in health management.
HUAWEI WATCH D3's unique features, including exercise-related blood pressure tracking, received EU and Chinese certification. A collaboration with Ruijin Hospital also explores hybrid monitoring approaches, aiming to refine ambulatory monitoring.
