Huawei Digital Finance Prioritizes AI at Singapore FinTech Festival 2025

At the Singapore FinTech Festival 2025, Huawei Digital Finance, led by CEO Jason Cao, spotlighted its innovations to harness AI in finance. Cao's keynote, titled "Beyond Digital: Towards AI-Infused Finance," showcased Huawei's advancements in AI platforms, data, and infrastructure aimed at tackling AI adoption challenges in financial institutions. Emphasizing the move towards hyper-personalization, Cao stated that profound AI integration in business processes is essential for gaining a competitive edge.

Huawei proposed a systematic four-layer solution for financial establishments. Large institutions are advised to deploy an AI assistant for every role, while smaller ones should focus on high-value scenarios like credit. Currently, Huawei's AI solutions span more than 500 use cases globally, enhancing operations and customer service.

In collaboration with ecosystem partners, Huawei is innovating its intelligent mobile banking architecture with features like hierarchical multi-agent collaboration and performance optimization, greatly boosting service accuracy and response times. Through strategic agreements with partners like Neuxnet, Speakly AI, and TrustDecision, Huawei is expanding its presence in the financial AI ecosystem.
