HPW Metallwerk GmbH and BRAND KG have launched a joint venture called High Performance Busbars. This venture seeks to integrate expertise in high-tech wires and busbars for e-mobility. By uniting efforts, the companies aim to strengthen their market presence, notably in China and Mexico.

High Performance Busbars provides comprehensive solutions for the production of busbars, which are vital components in transmitting electrical energy, particularly for electric vehicles. These components offer advantages over conventional cables, such as ease of installation, mechanical strength, and cost efficiency, especially when using aluminum.

The partnership combines HPW's insulated wire expertise with BRAND KG's metal forming experience, aiming to deliver tailored busbar solutions for the e-mobility market.
