Hoymiles Launches HiBattery 4020 Series for Enhanced Home Energy Storage
Hoymiles has unveiled the HiBattery 4020 Series, its latest plug-in home energy storage system, aimed at improving solar energy safety and intelligence. This third-generation series includes the hybrid HiBattery 4020 X and the AC-coupled HiBattery 4020 AC models. Both offer enhanced battery capacity and incorporate advanced AI technology to optimize residential energy storage, aiming to cut energy costs for homeowners.
The HiBattery 4020 Series features a 4 kWh capacity, expandable to 16 kWh, and a 2500 W built-in inverter for efficient power conversion. The system's AI Energy Management System dynamically recalculates strategies every three hours based on electricity prices and usage patterns, helping reduce electricity costs through intelligent optimization.
Safety features include a 48-layer BMS protection and various safeguards ensuring reliability both indoors and outdoors. Available in Europe from June 2026, this series represents Hoymiles' commitment to safe and intelligent energy solutions.
