HOWOGE Reports Strong Results and Growth for 2025
HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH has published its IFRS consolidated annual report for 2025, highlighting strong operational results and continued growth. Despite challenging market conditions, the company expanded its holdings by about 5,700 units, reaching approximately 83,000 residential units by year-end. The company's managing director, Jörg Kotzenbauer, emphasized the importance of diverse financing sources to support growth and maintain affordable housing.
In 2025, HOWOGE achieved a Funds from Operations (FFO) of EUR 203.7 million in its housing segment and reported a loan-to-value ratio of around 32 per cent. The report also includes a comprehensive section on sustainability, covering climate change and the circular economy. Rental revenues increased by 8.6 per cent to EUR 438.7 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose by 11.6 per cent.
Looking ahead, HOWOGE remains focused on maintaining its robust financial structure and continuing its portfolio expansion. The company anticipates an FFO between EUR 180 and 200 million for 2026.
