This figure reflects the sum of the shares issued by the company, which has a share capital of €2,295,916.50.
Regarding voting rights, the theoretical or gross total reaches 4,742,852. However, the actual or net total, once shares without voting rights are deducted, is 4,662,866 voting rights.
