HOPIUM: Monthly update of voting rights and shares

HOPIUM published an update on April 1, 2026, regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of March 31, 2026, the total number of shares was 491,825,158 and the total number of voting rights was 491,921,827, all exercisable. Of these, 96,669 shares carry double voting rights. This update complies with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

Under a financing agreement with Atlas Special Opportunities, HOPIUM issued 77,818,747 new shares in March. This resulted from the conversion of 75 bonds for €750,000 and the payment of associated interest through offsetting.
