HOPIUM: Monthly update of share capital and voting rights
On May 6, 2026, HOPIUM disclosed information regarding its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of April 30, 2026, the company held 561,008,275 shares, representing a total of 561,104,931 theoretical voting rights. These voting rights are identical in exercise, except for 96,656 shares carrying double voting rights.
During April, under the financing agreement with Atlas Special Opportunities signed in January 2025, 63,183,117 new shares were issued following the conversion of 50 bonds for a total of €500,000. The related interest, amounting to €39,736.67, was offset by the share issuance.
