Homann Holzwerkstoffe Reports Revenue Growth in 2025

Homann Holzwerkstoffe GmbH announced increased revenues for 2025, reaching EUR 383.1 million, up from EUR 369.9 million in 2024. Despite a challenging market, with subdued demand for MDF/HDF boards, the company achieved its revenue forecast. EBITDA adjusted for exchange effects stood at EUR 38.2 million, down from EUR 56.3 million, primarily due to start-up losses at the Pagiriai plant in Lithuania.

The production started in Pagiriai in May 2025 marked a notable milestone. Despite the initial losses of EUR 15.6 million, existing plants showed stable earnings, with EBITDA adjusted for these effects at EUR 53.9 million. The company's equity decreased to EUR 186.3 million, while total assets increased to EUR 627.6 million.

Looking ahead, Homann expects a moderate increase in revenues and adjusted EBITDA for 2026, contingent on geopolitical factors. Key drivers include enhanced capacity and production processes at the Lithuanian facility.
