Holcim Reveals Agenda for 2026 Annual General Meeting
Holcim has announced the agenda for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) set for May 13, 2026, in Zug, Switzerland. The meeting will be conducted in both German and English and will be broadcast live online with interpretation. Key agenda items include the management report, annual financial statements, and a sustainability statement. Additionally, there will be discussions on electing board members and auditors, as well as compensation matters.
