Hoenle AG's Q3 Outlook Amid Restructuring

Hoenle AG is set to release its Q3 FY25/26 results on August 18, 2026. The upcoming report is expected to show a stable topline performance, projected at €22.6 million, marking a slight year-over-year decrease of 0.1%. Growth is anticipated primarily from the Disinfection and Adhesives segments, which are likely to offset challenges in the Curing segment.

The Disinfection segment, driven by water purification demand, is expected to see a 7.9% increase in revenue, reaching €6.6 million. Margins in this segment may expand slightly, supporting EBITDA growth of 9% to €0.7 million. Adhesives, bolstered by demand in optoelectronics and medical devices, are forecasted to grow 6.8% to €8.4 million, with a 15% increase in EBITDA to €0.6 million.

Curing remains a concern due to a difficult mechanical engineering environment and the impact of the insolvency of a key client, Manroland. Curing's revenue is anticipated to decline by 12.1% to €7.6 million. Despite restructuring efforts, EBITDA in this segment is expected to be negative, albeit improved from the previous year.
