Hitachi Solutions Names Roger Lvin as New CEO and President
Hitachi Solutions has announced the appointment of Roger Lvin as Chief Executive Officer and President, effective immediately as of April 8, 2026. Lvin is known for his expertise in global transformation, with over 20 years of experience in scaling technology-focused consulting businesses.
Lvin's previous role was as the founding CEO of Hitachi Digital Services, where he advanced the company’s digital transformation efforts. He also held senior leadership roles at Cognizant, helping to grow its Digital Operations to a significant global scale.
Under Lvin's leadership, Hitachi Solutions plans to reinforce its status as a leader in digital transformation and strengthen its collaboration with Microsoft. This move is in line with the "True One Hitachi" initiative focused on innovation and sustainable growth.
Soichiro Ohara, Chairman of Hitachi Solutions, expressed confidence in Lvin's capabilities to propel the company's global expansion and drive long-term value creation.
