HiPay Group Reveals Share Capital and Voting Rights as of October 2026

On November 4, 2026, HiPay Group published its share capital and voting rights structure as of October 31, 2026. In compliance with French regulations, the company reported a total of 6,313,974 shares making up its share capital. Additionally, the group disclosed 6,879,993 theoretical voting rights, including treasury stock, and 6,839,637 voting rights, excluding treasury stock.
