HiPay Group publishes its capital structure as of September 30, 2026

HiPay Group announced on October 7, 2026, its share capital structure as of September 30, 2026, in accordance with the French Commercial Code and the AMF General Regulation. The company has 6,313,974 shares constituting its share capital. The number of theoretical voting rights is 6,879,993, while 6,844,912 are exercisable at general meetings.

Due to a share buyback program, 35,081 shares are deprived of voting rights. This program was approved by the general meeting on June 4, 2025, and implemented by the board of directors on February 23, 2026. HiPay Group continues to provide payment services while optimizing its financial structure.
