Highlander Silver Corp. (TSX : HSLV) a annoncé l'approbation de toutes les questions présentées lors de son assemblée générale annuelle des actionnaires du 12 juin 2025. Les principales approbations comprennent la fixation du nombre d'administrateurs à six et l'élection des six administrateurs nommés par la Société.
