HighCo Provides Latest Shareholding and Voting Rights Update

HighCo has disclosed its shareholding and voting rights status as of October 31, 2026. The total number of shares remains unchanged at 20,455,403, consistent with previous months. Of these, 661,615 are without voting rights. The theoretical voting rights stand at 22,177,291, used for threshold calculations in compliance with AMF regulations. Notably, the actual exercisable voting rights at shareholders’ meetings are 21,515,676, showing a slight decrease from September's 21,533,167.

Over the past months, the figures reflect minor fluctuations in the number of shares without voting rights and actual voting rights. This stability is crucial for ensuring transparency and maintaining investor confidence in HighCo's governance practices.
