High Tide Resources Completes Private Placements, Raises $8.3 Million

High Tide Resources Corp. has finalized its concurrent non-brokered private placements, raising $8,327,000. The offerings included 7,500,000 LIFE HD units priced at $0.20, 22,500,000 charity flow-through units at $0.27, and 3,760,000 Non-LIFE units at $0.20.

The proceeds will support exploration efforts at Labrador West Iron Project, including drilling, metallurgical tests, and environmental studies. Additional funds will cover general corporate expenses.

Eligible finders received a cash commission of $508,250 and 1,991,500 finder warrants.

Insiders purchased 2,470,000 units under the "related party transaction" exemption, with securities subject to a four-month hold.

The offerings await final approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
