HighCo: Voting Rights Update as of September 30, 2026

HighCo has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of voting rights and shares, in accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of September 30, 2026, HighCo's share capital consisted of 20,455,403 shares, with a total of 21,533,167 exercisable voting rights. The number of treasury shares, which are therefore without voting rights, is 643,949. The theoretical voting rights for calculating the thresholds amount to 22,177,116.

Compared to previous months, the fluctuation in the number of shares deprived of voting rights shows a slight increase compared to August 2026, when this number was 641,119. This is accompanied by a decrease in exercisable voting rights compared to the 21,535,762 recorded at that date.
