H.I.G. Capital Sells Pinalli to Borletti Group

H.I.G. Capital has announced the sale of Pinalli S.r.l. to Borletti Group. Pinalli, a significant player in the Italian beauty sector, experienced substantial growth under H.I.G.'s ownership from 2023, expanding its store presence from 63 to 108 locations. During this period, the company also enhanced its e-commerce platform and launched private-label products.

Pinalli's retail strategy, emphasizing customer experience, saw the introduction of new store formats and a loyalty program with over a million members. As CEO Raffaele Rossetti noted, Borletti Group is now well-positioned to support Pinalli's continued growth. Maurizio Borletti expressed his intent to reinforce the company's market position through further investment in store expansion and digital capabilities.
