HF Company: Voting rights balance sheet in June 2025
In June 2025, HF Company published its monthly report on voting rights and shares. The company, headquartered in Tours, maintains a share capital of €1,428,406. As of June 30, the total number of shares comprising the capital stood at 2,856,812.
The gross total of voting rights is 3,917,851. After deducting the shares deprived of voting rights, the net total of voting rights reaches 3,903,843. These figures are communicated in accordance with Article L 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the AMF General Regulations.
