HEYDUDE and Fusion Shoes Settle Legal Dispute in Germany

HEYDUDE, a well-known footwear brand, and Fusion Shoes have resolved a legal conflict in Germany. This case, handled by the Regional Court of Cologne, centered on claims from HEYDUDE that Fusion Shoes' Superlight models infringed on the design of HEYDUDE's "Wally" shoes.

HEYDUDE is celebrated globally for its lightweight, casual footwear, while Fusion Shoes operates under CM Laufsteg Munchen International Brands GmbH, based in Germany. The settlement concluded with Fusion Shoes ceasing sales of the disputed models in Germany since April.

Beth Cooperstein, Vice President of Global Intellectual Property at Crocs, Inc., expressed satisfaction with the outcome. She emphasized the importance of protecting intellectual property and maintaining fair competition.
