HEXAOM Transfers its Liquidity Contract to Portzamparc

HEXAOM has announced the transfer of its liquidity contract to Portzamparc, a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group, from April 16, 2026. This contract, with a renewable term of one year, aims to boost HEXAOM shares on the Euronext Growth market in Paris.

The previous contract, terminated on April 15, 2026, had been held by Gilbert Dupont since February 2020. The available funds at that date were 2,825 HEXAOM shares and 81,656.94 euros, similar to those of the new contract.

Suspensions may occur in accordance with AMF decision no. 2021-01 or at the request of HEXAOM. The contract is reversible without notice by HEXAOM or with one month's notice by Portzamparc.
