Hexaom Reports Strong H1 2026 Results with Increased Profitability
The board of directors of Hexaom has approved the financial statements for the first half of 2026, revealing a 59.8% rise in current operating income, reaching €19.5 million. Revenue increased by 12.3% to €343.9 million, aligning with forecasts. Net cash increased to €71.0 million from €32.7 million a year ago. Sales activity remained resilient amidst a cautionary economic outlook.
Home Building contributed significantly with a 19% revenue increase over the half-year. Renovation reported a slight margin decrease, influenced by operational transitions. Real Estate Development and Land Development registered growth in their operating margins.
Hexaom anticipates a 20% revenue growth in 2026, maintaining an operating profit margin over 5%, despite the challenging geopolitical landscape. The group remains optimistic about expanding its market share through improved services and strategic partnerships.
