HEXAOM: Monthly update of voting rights

HEXAOM has published its monthly statement of the number of shares and voting rights as of March 31, 2026, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The company's share capital consists of 6,937,593 shares. These shares confer a total of 10,707,909 theoretical voting rights. This figure includes all shares, even those without voting rights.

The number of exercisable voting rights is 10,623,508. This calculation excludes shares that do not carry voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the same regulation. These figures provide essential transparency regarding the company's governance for investors and the financial market.
