HEXAOM makes available its 2025 annual financial report
HEXAOM has announced the publication of its annual financial report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. This document, now available online, has also been filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The report includes several key sections, notably the Board of Directors' management report and the text of the resolutions for the Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 4, 2026.
The auditors contributed reports on the consolidated financial statements, annual accounts, and related-party transactions. This report is available on the HEXAOM website as well as on the Euronext and Actusnews platforms. The next press release will concern revenue for the first quarter of 2026, scheduled for May 6, 2026, after market close.
