Hexaom Reports Nine-Month Revenue of EUR 442.9 Million for 2025

Hexaom's consolidated revenue for the first nine months of 2025 totaled EUR 442.9 million, a decrease of 21.3% compared to the previous year. Home Building revenue, including HDV Group, was EUR 333.6 million, reflecting a 29.8% drop, while the Renovation sector reported a 19.4% decline to EUR 29.1 million.

The Real Estate Development segment, however, showed robust growth with revenue increasing by 54.5% to EUR 68.6 million. A significant 54.9% rise was also noted in Land Development revenue, totaling EUR 11.0 million.

Despite the downturn in some areas, strong sales momentum is maintained, aided by favorable interest rates and expanded loan options, reinforcing real estate's role as a stable investment. Expectations for 2025 include a minor revenue decrease and improved profitability, while significant growth is projected for 2026.
