HEXAOM: Publication of Voting Rights for July 2025
HEXAOM has communicated the monthly update of voting rights in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF Regulation. As of July 31, 2025, the total number of shares comprising the capital amounts to 6,937,593. The total number of theoretical voting rights is estimated at 10,707,823.
It is important to note that these theoretical voting rights also include shares deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations. The number of exercisable voting rights, net of shares deprived of voting rights, is 10,623,314.
This publication provides investors and stakeholders with access to transparent information on the company's capital structure.
