HEXAOM announces the major acquisition of the HDV Group

HEXAOM has signed a protocol to acquire 75.5% of the HDV Group, a house builder, subject to suspensive conditions including the authorization of the Competition Authority. This acquisition, announced today and previously mentioned in November, concerns a company mainly active in Nouvelle Aquitaine and Loiret. The HDV Group, generating a turnover of 98 million euros in 2023, is made up of approximately 150 employees.

HDV Group's brands include Alpha Constructions, ya'K construire.com, and several others. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of January or early February 2025, with immediate financial effects. HEXAOM will publish its 2024 results on February 7, 2025. The company is thus continuing its development in the French construction market.
