HEXAO: Monthly update of voting rights

HEXAOM has published its monthly statement regarding the number of shares comprising its share capital and the total number of voting rights. As of August 31, 2026, the company's share capital consisted of 6,937,593 shares. These shares represent a total of 10,707,893 theoretical voting rights.

Regarding exercisable voting rights, the number is 10,622,692. This distinction is made in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The difference between theoretical and exercisable voting rights arises from shares deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the same regulation.
