HEXAO: Publication of Voting Rights - April 2026
HEXAOM has disclosed its share capital and voting rights figures, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of April 30, 2026, the number of shares comprising the share capital was 6,937,593. These shares generate a total of 10,707,853 theoretical voting rights.
The exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, amounting to 10,622,374. This difference is explained by the presence of shares deprived of voting rights, according to article 223-11. This data provides an overview of the capital structure and voting rights of HEXAOM at this date.
