HERIGE INDUSTRIES Reports Slight Revenue Dip Amidst Weather Challenges
In the second quarter of 2026, HERIGE INDUSTRIES experienced a slight revenue decline, reporting €100.3 million, down 1% compared to the same quarter in 2025. This decrease reflects challenging conditions in the construction sector, exacerbated by exceptional heatwaves. The company responded with adjustments such as revised working hours and temporary delivery reschedules.
The Industrial Joinery sector saw a 3.2% revenue decline despite stable volumes, whereas the Concrete Industry segment grew by 2.8% due to price increases combatting higher material and energy costs. For the first half of 2026, overall turnover reached €200.8 million, a 1% rise year-on-year.
Future prospects depend on the recovery of the housing sector and clarity on support measures. Market visibility remains uncertain due to the upcoming 2027 Finance Bill and changes in energy-efficiency renovation support.
