HERIGE Industries: Acquisition of BHR's activities in Loire-Atlantique

HERIGE Industries unveils a plan to acquire BHR's ready-mix concrete operations in Loire-Atlantique. EDYCEM, HERIGE's concrete division, is thus realizing the rights acquired during the 2020 purchase of BHR's operations in Mayenne and Sarthe.
