HERIGE Industrie Plans Acquisition of BHR Concrete Plants in Loire-Atlantique

HERIGE Industrie has announced plans to acquire ready-mix concrete plants operated by BHR in Loire-Atlantique. This move is initiated by EDYCEM, HERIGE's concrete subsidiary, exercising its rights from an agreement in 2020 following prior acquisitions of BHR plants in Mayenne and Sarthe.

The acquisition aligns with HERIGE's growth strategy for its Concrete division, aiming to strengthen its presence and optimize its production network for better service delivery. It also supports the deployment of EDYCEM's low-carbon products.

Chairman Benoit Hennaut emphasizes that this project underlines their strategy and the trust established with BHR. Philippe Hamard of BHR notes that this process promises a structured future for sites and employees.
