Hep yolar and AMPYR Distributed Energy Launch Joint Venture

Güglingen, 10 July 2025 – hep yolar GmbH, part of the hep solar group, and AMPYR Distributed Energy (ADE) have announced a joint venture aimed at expanding rooftop solar projects throughout Germany. The plan is to implement solar projects and storage systems exceeding 50 megawatts over three years.

In this agreement, hep yolar will handle project development, while ADE will finance, build, and operate the assets under long-term Power Purchase Agreements. The partnership targets large energy consumers such as industrial facilities, logistics centers, and hospitals, offering them energy solutions with fixed long-term prices.

ADE commits an initial investment of up to 50 million euros. The collaboration brings together hep yolar’s technical expertise and ADE’s capital and structuring experience, aiming to reduce energy costs and boost resilience for German businesses.
