Hep Global Partners with FH Capital to Boost US Expansion

Hep global GmbH has secured FH Capital as a strategic partner to enhance its operations in the United States. This collaboration involves mezzanine capital that will support HEP Solar Holdings USA, LLC. The initial phase includes co-financing 11 projects with a capacity of 200 MW, with further financing in the pipeline.

By partnering with FH Capital, headquartered in Hong Kong, hep global not only strengthens its US financial base but also taps into a broad international network. This alliance highlights hep global's focus on expanding in the competitive US market, especially through distributed generation projects. These smaller solar parks designed for local consumption offer quicker implementation and meet higher market demand.
