Helvetia is reinventing insurance with VivaFlex

Helvetia Baloise Holding AG is responding to changes in the Swiss labor market by launching VivaFlex, a new life insurance policy designed for atypical career paths. With a third of the working population employed part-time, VivaFlex promises flexibility and individualization, addressing diverse needs such as sabbaticals and early retirement.

As many Swiss delay entering the workforce by pursuing higher education, VivaFlex adapts to these changing career paths by offering flexible coverage. Helvetia thus aims to address the shortcomings of the Swiss pension system, traditionally focused on conventional careers.
