Finalisation des fusions d'assurances suisses par Helvetia Baloise
La société bâloise Helvetia Baloise Holding AG a annoncé la finalisation de ses fusions de compagnies d'assurance suisses, suite à leur enregistrement officiel. À compter du 1er juillet 2026, Helvetia Swiss Insurance Company Ltd et Baloise Insurance Ltd sont devenues Helvetia Swiss Insurance Company Ltd. Parallèlement, Helvetia Swiss Life Insurance Company Ltd a fusionné avec Baloise Life Ltd, donnant naissance à Helvetia Swiss Life Insurance Company Ltd.
Ces fusions ont été approuvées par l'Autorité fédérale de surveillance des marchés financiers (FINMA) le 30 juin 2026. Ce regroupement représente une décision stratégique pour Helvetia Baloise, s'inscrivant dans son objectif de rationaliser ses opérations sur le marché suisse.
