H2APEX Group SCA Completes EUR 30 Million Capital Increase

H2APEX Group SCA has successfully concluded a capital increase, raising approximately EUR 30 million. This involved issuing 13,793,274 new shares to institutional investors, excluding existing shareholders' subscription rights. Each share was priced at EUR 2.20. This strategic move aims to finance the acquisition of HH2E Werk Lubmin GmbH and further develop the hydrogen project in Lubmin, operational since 2022.

The capital increase includes a cash contribution of EUR 10 million from investors and a EUR 20 million convertible loan contribution from Active Ownership Fund SICAV SIF SCS, a stakeholder in H2APEX. The newly issued shares are expected to start trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by early August 2025.
