Helikon increases its investment in ABIVAX

Helikon Investments Limited, through its Helikon Long Short Equity Fund Master ICAV, recently increased its stake in ABIVAX. This fund crossed the 5% threshold of ABIVAX's share capital, holding 5.02% as of September 24, 2026, through a market acquisition.

On September 25, the fund further strengthened its position, reaching 5.16% of the share capital and 5.09% of the voting rights. This continued increase resulted in the fund holding 6.22% of the share capital, representing 6.13% of the voting rights, as of October 8, for a total of 5,426,529 shares.

The shares held also result from equity swap contracts, influencing the reported figures. These increases reflect Helikon's targeted investment strategy on ABIVAX.
