Update on the shares and voting rights of Hydrogène de France
On August 19, 2025, Hydrogène de France (HDF) announced key information regarding its shares and voting rights. As of July 31, 2025, HDF's share capital consists of 14,702,454 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights amounts to 26,659,149, while the exercisable number reaches 26,423,043, taking into account treasury shares excluded. These figures are calculated in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations, including shares deprived of voting rights.
