HAMBORNER REIT AG Maintains Stability Amid Market Challenges in Q2 2026
In the second quarter of 2026, HAMBORNER REIT AG continued its steady business development despite challenging economic conditions. Income from rents and leases dropped by 1.3% to €45.1 million, mainly due to property disposals. Funds from Operations (FFO) fell by 4.4% to €23.8 million, influenced by increased maintenance and financing costs. Meanwhile, the Net Asset Value (NAV) per share decreased by 3.9% to €8.72.
Strategically, the company sold an office property in Neu-Isenburg, with proceeds expected to be reinvested in high-yield sectors. As of June 30, 2026, HAMBORNER's portfolio comprised 63 properties. The vacancy rate increased to 4.1%, and the average lease term slightly declined to 5.0 years.
Despite these challenges, the company reaffirmed its financial forecast for 2026, projecting rental income between €87.5 and €89.5 million and FFO of €38 to €42 million.
