Half-Yearly Review of the GEA Liquidity Contract

As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity contract of GRENOBLOISE ELECT.AUTOM., managed by Exane BNP Paribas, shows sustained market activity. The liquidity account balance is 1,261 shares and €97,934 in cash.
During the first half of 2025, 1,089 shares were purchased for €92,550 and 1,288 shares were sold for €110,183, spread over 257 and 231 transactions respectively. Compared to the previous balance sheet of December 31, 2024, the number of shares and the amount in cash increased by 1,461 shares and €79,131.
Since the implementation of the AMF system on July 1, 2021, the volume of transactions has increased overall, illustrating dynamic liquidity over the observed period.
