Half-yearly review of ENGIE's liquidity contract

ENGIE presented the half-yearly results of its liquidity contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel. As of June 30, 2025, 500 shares and a sum of €50,063,928 were available in the liquidity account. From January to June 2025, 19,189 purchase transactions were carried out, involving 16,546,085 shares for a total amount of €288,499,131.33. At the same time, 20,618 sale transactions involved 16,545,585 shares, generating €288,659,578.97.
In comparison, as of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account contained no securities, with a balance of €49,764,963. This balance reflects the dynamic market activity around ENGIE shares during the first half of 2025.
