Half-yearly report on the Obiz liquidity contract as of June 30, 2025
On July 2, 2025, Obiz presented the balance sheet of its liquidity contract entrusted to the Gilbert Dupont Stock Exchange Company as of June 30, 2025. This period ended with 26,670 shares and a cash balance of €106,904.31. This half-year saw 51,903 shares purchased for €240,064.84 and 49,993 shares sold for €235,009.39, representing 868 and 810 transactions respectively.
As a reminder, the balance sheet as of December 31, 2024, showed 24,760 shares and a cash balance of €111,959.55. When the liquidity contract was established, no shares were present and the cash balance was €250,000.
