Half-year review of the Tonnellerie François Frères liquidity contract

Tonnellerie François Frères has published its half-year report on its liquidity contract. As of June 30, 2026, the liquidity account held 13,727 shares and €18,841.77 in cash. During the half-year, 614 buy transactions and 547 sell transactions were executed. The volume of buy transactions was 8,823 shares for €147,838.55, while the volume of sell transactions was 8,395 shares for €141,173.60.

As a reminder, as of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held 13,299 shares and €25,411.26 in cash. At that time, 580 buy transactions and 519 sell transactions had taken place. Initially, when the contract was established, the account held 7,413 shares and €146,173.80 in cash.
