Half-year review of the Française de l'Énergie liquidity contract
On January 7, 2026, La Française de l'Énergie presented the half-year report on its liquidity contract managed by TP ICAP (Europe). As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account showed 1,704 shares and €107,406.70 in cash. During the second half of 2025, the company purchased 7,669 shares for €244,943.90 and sold 7,170 shares for €228,472.20, totaling 283 and 304 transactions, respectively.
Compared to the mid-year balance sheet, the account held 1,205 shares and €125,392.53. The next announcement, concerning revenue for the first half of 2026, is scheduled for January 21, 2026. The company remains eligible for PEA and PEA-PME investment schemes.
