Half-year review of OSMOSUN's liquidity contract
On January 9, 2026, OSMOSUN published its half-year report on the liquidity contract managed by TP ICAP (Europe). As of December 31, 2025, the liquidity account held 26,748 shares and €6,352.38 in cash. During the second half of 2025, 36,144 shares were purchased for €33,381.69 through 201 transactions, while 34,897 shares were sold for €32,876.28 in 160 transactions.
As of June 30, 2025, the account held 25,501 securities and €7,268.33. When the contract was established on July 25, 2023, no securities were held, but €200,000 in cash was. The liquidity contract was suspended in early October 2025. TP ICAP is regulated by the ACPR and the AMF.
